Background

Stephannie Obioha graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications and a minor focus in Philosophy. Subsequent to college, Stephannie moved to San Diego to attend law school at Thomas Jefferson School of Law and graduated Co-President of the National Lawyers Guild receiving her Juris Doctor in May 2015. Stephannie is fluent in her native West African tongue of the Igbo tribe, as well as proficient in French and Spanish. She was admitted to the California State Bar in September 2016 and all United States District Courts of California in November 2017.

Prior to her joining Strategic Legal Practices, APC, Stephannie focused her career on Civil Litigation, garnering vital skills representing Plaintiffs in commercial litigation, personal injury matters, public health violations, contract disputes and business litigation. She has also gained invaluable international experience in her social justice efforts. Stephannie is a member of the National Lawyers Guild, the ABA Young Lawyer’s Division and the Los Angeles Bar Association.

Now at SLP as an associate, Stephannie’s legal practice will be focused in the areas of breach of warranty, automotive defect litigation and consumer protection. In her down time Stephannie enjoys dodgeball, soccer, travelling, and participating in community service.
